Following our shortlisting for the RIBA ‘Forgotten Spaces’ competition, 4orm prepare their exhibition space at Somerset House. The exhibition will be open to the public from the October 4th to November 10th 2013.
Building work is about to start on 4orm’s designs for an apartment in Highpoint One – Berthold Lubetkin’s important and influential modernist apartment building in Highgate. On behalf of our client, we have secured Listed Building Consent for alterations within this Grade 1 Listed Building to create a studio flat from part of the original housekeeper’s quarters.
Project includes the design of a changing village to replace the existing unisex areas within a tired 1970s public pool. An aim to create an inclusive accessible environment easily kept clean and fresh.
4orm has been shortlisted for the RIBA 2013 Forgotten Spaces Competition with our proposal to bring the underground River Fleet back to the surface as it nears St. Pancras Station. The project is published in the AJ, Evening Standard, Telegraph and Camden New Journal websites. The winners will be announced in the autumn.
