4orm’s proposal for this 20th century property in Wokingham retains and upgrades the existing buildings. A pitched roof extension runs along the side street that follows the same section as the host building. Dormer windows are introduced to light upper floors and to provide scale & variety at roof level. Materials have been selected that complement the existing by matching brickwork and clay tiled roofs.
